Once the download is finished, open your Downloads folder (or the folder where your files are saved). Look for the file named rustdesk-1.3.8-x86_64.msi and double-click it to start the installation.
Once the download is finished, open your Downloads folder and locate the file rustdesk-1.3.8-mac.dmg. Double-click the file to open it, then drag the Rustdesk icon to your Applications folder.
Follow the on-screen instructions to install Rustdesk on your computer. On Windows, you may need to click Next a few times and then Install when prompted. On macOS, once the installer window appears, drag the icon as directed.
After installation is complete, click Finish on Windows or close the installer on macOS.
Open the Rustdesk application. You will need to configure it with our support server settings so that you can connect to us for remote support.
